Weekends are for being out and about, this weekend program goes all over the town and is directed by what individuals want to see, do, learn, grow... all the good stuff. See you out and about.
COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES
Home and community-based services (HCBS) provide opportunities for Medicaid beneficiaries to receive services in their own home or community rather than institutions or other isolated settings. These programs serve a variety of targeted populations groups, such as people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or mental illnesses.

BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS
Individuals with both intellectual and psychiatric disabilities possess a higher risk for maladaptive behaviors. These individuals have a myriad of complicating factors that make it difficult for them to express their emotions at times. In order to meet the needs of these individuals, systematic behavioral management techniques can be implemented in their environment.
