Payment Intermediary Services - Cleaning

Attain and Gain is NOT a cleaning service and we do NOT directly hire cleaning people.  Individuals can use an existing cleaning person, find their own cleaning person, or we can refer a cleaning person/company, but in all cases the the cleaning person/company works directly with the individual and/or their designee.  Attain and Gain only functions as a payment intermediary for cleaning services. 

1. Once the SDR is approved, individuals can schedule the cleanings. They will directly pay ONLY the negotiated cleaning fee for each cleaning to the cleaning person/company.
2. Individuals or a designee will notify AGC that the cleaning was done.
3. AGC will generate a PPL/ Easter Seals request for the negotiated cleaning fee and admin and operational costs.   
4. Individuals will sign the PPL/Easter Seals invoice which will include costs for the cleaning, admin and operational costs.   
5. Once AGC receives funds from the FI, AGC will pay individuals for the negotiated cleaning fee for each of the cleaning.
